Francine

Francine started her career in business development at a global corporation two years ago and was recently promoted to a senior contributor role. She worked hard to get herself into this job and is proud to work for her firm. She has shown real talent in reading client’s needs which have won some admiration from colleagues. Whilst she loves her role now, she fears she will get bored in a few years and would like to have more influence so she can implement some new concepts. Francine is task and goal-oriented and seen as highly professional and gets the job done, though a few of her colleagues have not warmed to her. She aspires to become a leader in her company, knows she can make it work and does not want to waste any time.

Though Francine‘s case is fictional, many aspiring leaders are highly motivated and set themselves aspirational goals but feel unsure about the exact detail of how to go about owning and progressing their careers.

I help business leaders like Francine by helping them explore their current position, mirroring back a neutral and objective view of their situation free of company dynamics working with them to discover workable solutions that are uniquely theirs.
