In my day job, business leaders and executives regularly seek me out for coaching, consulting, problem-solving and change facilitation to help them change and adapt to successfully achieve both organizational and career aspirations.
I am both an AC-certified leader-coach and a practicing accomplished program manager with more than 18 years' experience leading international change projects and programs. I have successfully led projects across almost every aspect of business, from acquisitions and divestments, through major systemic and organizational change, to multi-year client-facing programs.
With 24 years' experience across business functions and cultures at industry-leading companies, I help ensure companies can effectively change and adapt. My understanding of how organizational entities contribute to the whole and my unique blend of change management, strategy, and communicative best practices ensure that planned changes are successful.
Being naturally curious, I continually seek insights, knowledge and better ways of doing things. I started my coaching side-hustle because helping individuals grow to achieve their goals is the best part of leadership. Not only that, but it also gives me opportunities to get to know interesting new people, gain new perspectives and learn about myself.
